Build Treasury's AI tooling. Use Claude to build the dashboards and automations that make every part of Treasury faster and more precise.
Project-led Treasury Intelligence Hub — an AI-native platform for liquidity, debt profile, and cash positions. 2B+ tokens in daily production use - deep integration of Claude into my daily workflow. Proficient using custom agents, MCPs, GitHub. Founded 600+ member AI/vibe-coding community at Block.

Banking Relationships
Consolidate and optimize our banking relationships. Build a single view of how teams across the company engage our banking partners and identify where opportunities for optimization exist.
Established and oversee the banking relations function for Treasury at Block. Created central source of truth as a company-wide resource. Run point for key bank relationships and distill engagement summaries for the CFO.

M&A Acquisition Integration
Own Treasury's work integrating M&A acquisitions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Treasury-related due diligence and integration work.
Extensive experience integrating Afterpay acquisition into our Block Treasury function. Supported account transitions and system integration into Treasury infrastructure. Worked closely with Corporate Development on Treasury M&A tie-ins.

Treasury Compliance & Reporting
Establish the operating cadence that keeps Treasury's recurring obligations on time and accurate. Keep the team in compliance by tracking completion of all debt-related, SOX, and other regular requirements.
Managed bank compliance onboarding for Cash App acquiring. Multi-year exposure to SOX compliance requirements. Lead all Treasury reporting to the Board and CFO. Co-manage debt compliance and recurring operational obligations.
